| 1, Abnormal operation issues Unable to start/discharge The motor reverses, the suction valve is closed, or there is no material at the inlet, resulting in the inability to absorb oil. The medium viscosity is too high (>20000 cP) or the flow channel is blocked by low-temperature solidification. Coupling damage or motor overload trigger protection. Output traffic fluctuation Air is mixed in at the suction end (uneven sealing surface or leakage of end cap). Insufficient liquid supply due to the presence of bubbles in the medium or blockage of the oil filter. Unstable speed (motor failure or driver malfunction). Abnormal noise and vibration Mechanical friction is caused by eccentricity or poor lubrication of the coupling. Oil trapping phenomenon: Pressure impact caused by changes in the enclosed volume of gear meshing (requiring relief from unloading slots). Bearing wear or shaft deformation causes motion imbalance. |
