   The design utilizes high standard external spur gears enclosed within a close tolerance housing assembly. This provides you the precise volume of fluid dispensed per shaft revolution. The housing is constructed from precision ground and lapped three-plate assembly. This assembly is aligned with dowels to allow close control of operating clearances. This construction method in combination with several proprietary internal features is what ensures precise, pulseless and reliable flow under varying process conditions. 1, Abnormal operation issues
Unable to start/discharge
The motor reverses, the suction valve is closed, or there is no material at the inlet, resulting in the inability to absorb oil.
The medium viscosity is too high (>20000 cP) or the flow channel is blocked by low-temperature solidification.
Coupling damage or motor overload trigger protection.

Output traffic fluctuation
Air is mixed in at the suction end (uneven sealing surface or leakage of end cap).
Insufficient liquid supply due to the presence of bubbles in the medium or blockage of the oil filter.
Unstable speed (motor failure or driver malfunction).

Abnormal noise and vibration
Mechanical friction is caused by eccentricity or poor lubrication of the coupling.
Oil trapping phenomenon: Pressure impact caused by changes in the enclosed volume of gear meshing (requiring relief from unloading slots).
Bearing wear or shaft deformation causes motion imbalance.

2, Performance degradation issues
Insufficient flow/pressure
The wear of the gear end face increases the axial clearance and reduces the volumetric efficiency (leakage accounts for 75%~80%).
The set pressure of the overflow valve is too low or the valve body is damaged.
High temperature causes a decrease in the viscosity of the medium and exacerbates internal leakage.

Measurement accuracy drift
Radial force imbalance exacerbates gear and pump body wear (outlet pressure>inlet pressure).
Temperature changes affect the viscosity of the medium and the clearance between the pump chamber.

Decreased volumetric efficiency
After long-term operation, the gear pair wears out and the clearance exceeds the standard.
Seal aging (failure of shaft seal/end cap seal)

3, Mechanical malfunction related issues
Leakage issue
Pump body leakage: aging of sealing components or uneven installation surface (flatness should be ≤ 5 μ m).
Shaft seal failure: Magnetic drive unit damaged or mechanical seal worn.

Overheating and wear
Dry running or lack of oil causes gear meshing surface to burn.
Overloaded operation of high viscosity media results in excessive torque and damage to bearings.

Structural damage
Pump explosion/shaft breakage: The outlet blockage causes a sudden increase in pressure, or the radial force imbalance causes the pump body to rupture.
